Everything was very good, peaceful location near the centre of Zagreb, about 15-20 minutes walking distance, the central bus station and the airport, amicable staff. The atmosphere created was quiet. Double room with comfortable beds, had essentials required. Could use an electric kettle, central heating, and television. Our stay was a very very good experience...

The staff was super helpful and positive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was great, just a few tram stops away from the town center and close to the main bus station. We had a blast exploring the city and checking out the cool cafes and shops nearby.
If we had to ask for one thing, it would be for more fun activities for young party-goers. While the location was convenient, we were hoping for a bit more nightlife in the area.

Spent Christmas at this budget hotel which had decent amenities and clean rooms perfect for a low-cost stay. Location was key, just a stone's throw from the bus station and restaurants nearby. Staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the comfortable beds also contributed to a good night's sleep.
The hotel had a few drawbacks such as the overwhelming smell of air freshener in some rooms, wet carpets, and issues with plumbing that created strong odors. While the bathroom may have been spacious and clean, the unpleasant odors made for an uncomfortable stay at times.
